1. Australia-Wide Shipping

We arrange reliable delivery of our engines and outboard motors to customers throughout Australia. Shipping availability and costs may vary depending on the product, delivery location, size, weight, and freight requirements.

• Engines and outboard motors are securely prepared, strapped, palletised, and packaged for transport.
• We work with trusted freight carriers and specialist heavy-freight providers where required.
• Shipping arrangements are organised according to the product and delivery destination.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

Once payment has been confirmed, our team will begin preparing the order for dispatch. Depending on the product and freight requirements, preparation and shipping arrangements may take 1–3 business days.

• Orders are checked and prepared before dispatch.
• Engines and outboard motors are securely packaged or palletised where required.
• Freight arrangements are confirmed with the appropriate carrier.
• Tracking or freight consignment information will be provided when available.

5. Important Shipping Information

• A tracking number or freight consignment number will be provided when available after dispatch.
• Heavy engines and outboard motors may require suitable unloading equipment at the delivery address.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment where required.
• The delivery location must be reasonably accessible to the freight vehicle.
• Customers should inspect the packaging and product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage, please notify the freight carrier and Japan Engine & Marine Pty Ltd as soon as reasonably possible.

1. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt or freight documentation where possible.
2. Take clear photographs of the packaging, crate, pallet, and any visible product damage.

We will assess the circumstances and work with the relevant freight provider where necessary to help resolve delivery-related issues as promptly as reasonably possible.

7. Delivery Address Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and any relevant delivery instructions before dispatch.

Please advise us in advance if the delivery location has restricted access, requires a tail-lift, forklift, crane, special unloading arrangements, or other delivery requirements. Additional freight charges may apply where specialised delivery services are required.
